Dr. Ketter is a trusted advisor, providing critical insights and solutions for tourism leaders and policy makers. His ongoing research and tourism experience have influenced both policy and action among the European Travel Commission (with MINDHAUS), Israeli Ministry of Tourism, Jerusalem's Development Corporation and the World Heritage Site of Acre. 

 

Dr. Ketter's work is based on active research - what he playfully calls his 'data-driven crystal ball'.  He is the co-author of the books: "Tourism Marketing for Developing Countries" (Palgrave Macmillan, 2016) and “Media Strategies for Marketing Places in Crisis” (Elsevier-BH, 2008) and has authored numerous policy papers, market research reports and research articles.
