Dr. Ketter's work is based on active research - what he playfully calls his 'data-driven crystal ball'. He is the author of numerous tourism market research reports and policy papers, and since 2020 he is the Head of Research in a serious of market research reports for the European Travel Commission on measuring Europeans' travel sentiment (with Mindhaus).
Dr. Ketter is the co-author of the books: "Tourism Marketing for Developing Countries" (Palgrave Macmillan, 2016) and “Media Strategies for Marketing Places in Crisis” (Elsevier-BH, 2008).
